Services and scope

Drop Enterprise Marketing provides digital marketing, website, visibility, content, advertising, and automation services. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for paid work are defined in a written agreement or order form.

Payments

Project work requires 50% payment before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch, unless the written agreement states otherwise. Advertising spend is separate from agency management fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, required access, and materials needed to perform the work. Delays in these items may affect delivery dates.

Results

Marketing performance depends on market conditions, competition, budget, offer quality, and other factors. Drop Enterprise Marketing does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement. Third-party platforms, software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their own terms.
