Refund Policy

Project payments

The initial 50% payment reserves production time and covers discovery and initial work. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, this payment is non-refundable after work has begun. The remaining 50% is due before launch.

Recurring services

Recurring service fees cover work scheduled for the applicable billing period. Cancellation and notice requirements are defined in the client agreement. Fees already earned for work completed or scheduled are not refundable.

Advertising spend

Payments made directly to advertising platforms are controlled by those platforms and are not refundable by Drop Enterprise Marketing. Agency management fees and client advertising spend are always treated as separate charges.

Billing errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, email dropenterprises.marketing@gmail.com promptly. We will review the account and correct confirmed billing errors.
